Sai Steel Engineering & Co. is one of the prominent industry players engaged in manufacturing and supplying high-quality Rockstar 400 plates. We are a client-centric organisation providing these plates per diversifying needs in various standards, widths, lengths, heat treatments, and styles. We also give personalised cutting details for applications that involve special requirements. Our products conform to various quality standards that guarantee acceptable performance.
It has imposing properties, which include formability, hardness, wear resistance, and uniformity. As a result of this combination of properties, plates are useful for a range of applications and manufacturing requirements. Rockstar 400 Plates are dispatched to the clients under conditions that can be regarded as moderate to controlled, ensuring that tensile effects are at the lowest level possible, hence making them ideal for use in demanding mining operations. They represent significant applications in diggers, crushers, and truck linings, although they are also applied in hoppers, excavators, conveyor belts, and silos.
These plates are mainly used in high-friction areas of mixing buckets, shovel edges, dumpster floors, sweepers, and tipper trailers. It achieves its mechanical properties through hardening processes and can be re-hardened and tempered. However, post-use treatment shall not exceed 250 °C. Note that Rockstar 400 plates cannot undergo additional heat treatments.
Made from a composition loaded with manganese, carbon, molybdenum, chromium, sulphur, phosphorus, silicon, boron, nickel, and other elements, the Rockstar 400 Plates have been inlaid for particular applications that determine their makeup. The plates are created using the latest technology under tight quality control measures.
Sai Steel Engineering & Co. is one of the top manufacturers, suppliers, stockists, and exporters, offering products for reliability and performance in many industrial applications.
